The purpose of this contract is to reorganize the reception with the aim of providing a modern and innovative technological image in order to better assert the identity of the company and improve comfort. The redevelopment of the reception will have to take into account the following elements:

- a visitor reception area,

- a work area for assistance (hostess),

- a mail space,

- the maintenance of the secure access management system.

For this operation, the GIE SESAM-Vitale is assisted by a project management assistant, the firm "Comme un trait" which will coordinate all the work.
