The subject of the contract is the delivery of 4 pieces of sanitary ambulances (4 pieces of sanitary ambulances, including 1 defibrillator and 1 electric mammal). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 2 to SWZ. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must be characterized by parameters no worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the contract. Both base vehicles and complete ambulances are new, unused, produced no earlier than 2021. The procedure is conducted under an unlimited tender procedure pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The contracting authority intends to carry out the procedure in accordance with Article 139 of the Act. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the model contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
