ATR21DS1203 CMS Maintenance Renewal
This contract is a framework agreement. The contract includes the following:
• “Transition In” project (01/01/2024 to 31/12/2024 at the latest): execution of all the activities necessary to increase the autonomy and gradual implementation of the operation and maintenance activities of the CMS and the implementation of Major Changes, with the final objective of taking over all the activities of the current service provider.
• CMS operation and maintenance activities (starting no later than 01/01/2025): they start when the successful tenderer is able to fully and autonomously carry out all operations and maintenance activities and to guarantee the quality, continuity and performance of the CMS. This scope also includes the cost of the licenses of the frameworks and products on which the CMS was built and the support tools (example: ticketing, monitoring, testing,...) that are necessary to provide the services.
• CMS Major Changes (may start from 01/07/2023): this is the structural adaptation of the CMS linked to the implementation of the Atrias roadmap which combines the Market Roadmap and the Atrias' architectural roadmap (innovation, rationalizations).
