Prior to this call for tender, ZAAM has already published a publication for this contract, but was substantially modified in view of the nature of the questions during the information note. That is why this' re-' tender has been chosen. The biggest change comes from the use of fixed telephony exclusively via the existing BOA network to which the schools are connected instead of their own VDSL connections.

The objective of this tender is to organise and optimally complete VoIP telephony for the contracting authority (soon on 1 network), efficiently and lawfully. The quality and continuity of the connections/accessibility is extremely important here. Accessibility for schools is crucial in the contacts between school, parents, students, employees, board and third parties.

The estimate (including VAT) for this tender for all locations is:

Subscriptions total €65,000, - (over 10 years €650,000, - excluding indexations)

Implementation costs €3,000 per school (€69,000 total)

Purchase new appliances €110, - * 590 (€65,000, -)

The estimate for this tender therefore comes to a total of €800,000, - including VAT (rounded) over the entire term.
