The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement on cleaning services for external buildings of CHUPMB. This includes cleaning floors and windows in medical and administrative premises as well as quality controls.

This market is divided into lots, according to the geographical distribution of sites, as follows:

— lot 1: cleaning of CHUPMB buildings located in Nimy and Ghlin

—— new and old laboratories of Nimy, located respectively rue des ViaducsNos. 294 and 267 to 7020 Nimy (the old laboratory of Nimy is intended to be closed shortly, the closing date is not yet defined);

—— Poliade Center, Wallonia Road No.35 to 7011 Ghlin;

— lot 2: cleaning of CHUPMB buildings located in Mons.

This lot includes the following buildings:

—— Medical Imaging and Radiology Center, Grand'Route No. 139 to 7000 Mons;

—— sports medicine center, avenue de... (see market documents).

Expected start date of the framework agreement: the Monday following the end of the announced deployment deadline.
