1. Name of the order: “Enlisting by the city and municipality of Nowa Dęba in 2021 a long-term loan of 8,186 709,00 PLN”.
2. The object of the order is to take out a long-term loan of PLN 8,186 709 (word: eight million hundred and eighty-six thousand seven hundred and nine zlotys) for 2021 with the date of repayment from 15 January 2022 to 15 December 2035.
3. Putting credit at the disposal of the contracting authority:
At any time, at the request of the contracting operator, with the aim of calculating the cost of servicing, the following tranches shall be accepted: from 30 August 2021 to 28 December 2021 the amount — 8 186 709 PLN.
1. This proceeding shall be carried out by unlimited tender in accordance with the Law of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2019, as amended), Fpozd, hereinafter referred to as “UPzp” or “Pzp Act”. In matters not governed by the provisions of this SWZ, the provisions of the said Act shall apply together with the implementing acts to that Act.
2. Proceedings are carried out for a contract value greater than the Union threshold.
3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, that is, after examination and evaluation of tenders, the qualification of the operator whose tender will be rated at the highest.

2. The object of the order is to take out a long-term loan of PLN 8,186 709 (word: eight million hundred and eighty-six thousand seven hundred and nine zlotys) for 2021 with the date of repayment from 15 January 2022 to 15 December 2035.
3. Putting credit at the disposal of the contracting authority:
At any time, at the request of the contracting operator, with the aim of calculating the cost of servicing, the following tranches shall be adopted: from 30 August 2021 to 28 December 2021 the amount — 8 186 709 PLN,
Including:
— And tranche: by 30 August 2021amounting to PLN 2,000,000 (it is claimed that the credit may be launched at another time due to the tendering procedure),
— Second tranche: by 20 September 2021amounting to PLN 2,000,000,
— III tranche: by 20 October 2021amounting to PLN 2,000,000,
— IV tranche: by 20 November 2021amounting to PLN 2,000,000,
— V tranche: by 28 December 2021amounting to PLN 186 709.
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of not using all or part of the credit.
5. The launch of the loan amounts will be made at the written request of the municipality.
6. It is allowed to launch tranches of credit in different amounts and dates than the above assumed, but in 2021.
