Tribuut wishes to tender a broker that is able to offer qualified candidates through a broad market approach. The broker is responsible for making these candidates available and taking care of the administrative settlement of contracts, invoices and payments with regard to suppliers and any self-employed persons. In addition, Tribuut expects the broker to monitor possible (legal) risks within the hiring process, in order to minimize the chance of errors and to adequately solve any structural recruitment problems.

The purpose of this tender is to contract one supplier who is responsible for the broker services for the provision of temporary staff in the field of appraisers, data management employees WOZ/levy, employees collection and employees front office employees and employees to support the general business operations to Tribuut. These professionals are deployed to meet the demand that arises as a result of situations such as peaks in work for municipal taxes, illness, bridging vacancies or possibly special projects.
