The procurement resulting from this consultation constitutes a framework agreement executed by the issuance of purchase orders pursuant to Article L. 2125-1 1 o and Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This framework agreement is mono-attributable. This framework agreement is concluded with a minimum of 500 equipment and a maximum of 1,500 equipment for the total duration of the contract.

Supply of agitators — sampling limiters, maintenance, accessories, related computer systems and related services.
