The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of accessories and computer parts for the needs of the Warsaw University of Technology.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 6 to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party requires that the equipment supplied as part of the contract is equipment purchased in the official sales channel of the manufacturer. This means that the equipment is to be brand new.

The Contracting Authority requires that the accessories and computer parts specified in the subject of the contract be covered by a 24-month warranty by the Contractor on the terms set out in the OPZ (Annex 6 to the SWZ) and in §12 of the Proposed Contractual Provisions (Annex 12 to the SWZ)

The Ordering Party undertakes to use at least (not less than) 60% of the contract value for the basic order.
