3.1. Tangible scope of the item of the order

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as meadow, agricultural and hunting management, to be carried out in the area of the Stuposiany Forest District in 2024.

2) The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as meadow, agricultural and hunting management resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.3)The material scopes listed in the Appendices included in Appendix No. 2 are estimates.4)Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference. A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds.

The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP. Pursuant to the provisions cited, the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the subject qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been highest assessed in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Stuposiany Forest District.

The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as meadow, agricultural and hunting management, , to be carried out in the area of the Stuposiany Forest District in 2024.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood as well as appetite, agriculture and hunting management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);
