Lot 1: Property planning/buildings and interiors - replacement new fire station Burgstall - LPH 5-9

The community of Elbe-Heide intends to build a replacement new Burgstall fire station at the Nachtweide site in 39517 Burgstall. The space program includes 3 parking spaces, social and training rooms, as well as a youth room.

This draft and approval planning is the basis for the further implementation of the project.

The building permit has been applied for, is not yet available in the meantime.

The newly planned fire equipment shed in the municipality of Burgstall, with a width of 16.95 m and a length of 30.75 m, includes a vehicle hall and a social building.
