The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Modernization of the track together with the overhead contact line and accompanying infrastructure at the Chebzie loop in Ruda Śląska – stage II as part of the task entitled: "Replacement of 4 pcs. turnouts at the Chebzie tram terminus in Ruda Śląska" – task No. 8.7, as part of the implementation of the Project entitled: "Integrated Project of modernization and development of tram infrastructure in the Silesian - Zagłębie Agglomeration along with the purchase of tram rolling stock - stage I" co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment in the EU perspective 2014-2020.

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Modernization of the track together with the overhead contact line and accompanying infrastructure at the Chebzie loop in Ruda Śląska – stage II as part of the task entitled: "Replacement of 4 pcs. turnouts at the Chebzie tram terminus in Ruda Śląska" – task No. 8.7, as part of the implementation of the Project entitled: "Integrated Project of modernization and development of tram infrastructure in the Silesian - Zagłębie Agglomeration along with the purchase of tram rolling stock - stage I" co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment in the EU perspective 2014-2020.
2. General characteristics of the works:
1) Development and implementation of temporary traffic organization,
2) Demolition works, i.e.:
-demolition of the track surface along with the substructure,
-removal and storage of debris from the demolition area with disposal,
-dismantling of the existing overhead contact line,
-dismantling of the supporting structures of the overhead contact line,
-segregation of materials from demolition (rails, sleepers, road materials, segregation of overhead contact line elements – separation of equipment from the dismantled contact wire and carrier rope),
-transport of materials from demolition,
- transport of steel scrap (from the entire range) and non-ferrous scrap to Region No. 4 with its registered office in Gliwice at 150 Chorzowska Street,
-securing or reconstruction of collisions with underground infrastructure.
Reconstruction of the track system, i.e.: execution of a tram loop of approx. 1350 mtp, located in Chebzie in Ruda Śląska, including:
-reconstruction of tram tracks from 59R2 or 60R2 type rails with a gauge of 1435 mm using ballast and ballast-free technology,
-reconstruction of track and road crossings using ballast-free technology with a surface made of prefabricated track slabs,
-reconstruction of pedestrian crossings using ballast-free technology with a surface made of prefabricated track slabs,
-installation of the rail lubrication system (the exact location should be agreed with the Ordering Party immediately before assembly),
-turnout construction,
-construction of inter-track and intertrack connections,
-reconstruction of the tram crossing across the road,
-reconstruction of the roadway resulting from the reconstruction of the tram track,
-reconstruction of traffic lights, taking into account the priority of passage for trams and restoration of existing traffic light control elements,
-reconstruction and construction of sidewalks,
- reconstruction of tram stop platforms along with the construction of bus shelters,
- construction of a bicycle path with the construction of a bicycle shelter,
-reconstruction or reconstruction of existing elements of tram infrastructure (ŚKUP machine, SDIP boards, etc.)
-execution of a technological road for technical maintenance of devices,
-installation of media belts with infrastructure for the disabled,
-installation of traffic safety devices m.in. sectional fences, balustrades,
-Construction of retaining structures,
-reconstruction of the overhead contact line,
-reconstruction of power, return and control cables,
-installation of disconnectors,
-reconstruction of the loop area lighting,
-reconstruction and construction of track drainage along with the construction of a pumping station and connection to the existing rainwater sewage system,
-reconstruction or securing of conflicting utilities networks,
-felling conflicting trees and shrubs to the extent necessary,
-bringing the adjacent area to a proper condition, after the completion of works.
-introduction of temporary and target traffic organization,
-execution of as-built geodetic inventories along with marking in urban resources,
-grinding of rails after completion of track assembly works in accordance with the requirements of PKP instructions (ID 104 and ID 105).
