The Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi) wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3 to 5 service providers that can, in the best possible manner, cover Difi's fluctuating requirements for business economic and socio-economic analyses. This includes:
— Assistance with presenting and analysing basic data for benefits and disadvantages related to the subject that shall be considered;
— The data capture and cost/benefit analyses of IT systems for both for the public administration and businesses;
— An assignment where the consultant will be given independent responsibility to implement business economic and/or socio-economic analyses;
— Assistance in illustrating how socio-economic or business economic benefits can be carried out, including proposals for mechanisms and initiatives;
— Evaluation and estimation of investment and operating costs.
