Framework Arrangement allowing the ELY Centres and the Bus Agency to carry out individual mandates on the general inspections of road bridges and the services thereof.
The period of validity of the framework arrangement differs from those specified in the Procurement Act. However, the object of the acquisition constitutes an appropriate entity over a longer contract period. During the contract period, general checks of bridges will be carried out in accordance with the normal five (5) year inspection round.
Services covered by the Framework Arrangement are described in the tender documents.
The following number of operators shall be selected on a sub-regional basis for the Framework Arrangement:
— Subdivision 1: four (4) actors
— Subdivision 2: three (3) actors
— Subdivision 3: three (3) actors
— Subdivision 4: three (3) actors
— Subdivision 5: three (3) actors
— Subdivision 6: three (3) actors
— Subdivision 7: three (3) actors.
