The city of Pattensen intends to award the engineering services described in the EU-wide public tender for the object supervision of the construction and building technology for the new construction of the primary school in Schulenburg to an external engineering office. This should comprehensively accompany the construction project and represent the interests of the city of Pattensen vis-à-vis the construction companies and authorities or offices as well as check compliance with the qualities contractually agreed with the construction company and generally recognized rules of technology.

The construction and planning services for the construction project "New GS Schulenburg" have already been put out to tender throughout Europe by the city of Pattensen and are carrying out a multi-stage negotiation procedure with an upstream participation competition. The specifications for the measures were made as functional with the definition of minimum technical conditions. The contract to the construction company as total contractor will take place at the beginning of 2023.

The city of Pattensen intends to commission the following measures on the main street in the district Schulenburg/ Leine:

•New construction of the primary school incl. library and sports hall (functional specifications)

•Construction of the outdoor facilities (functional specifications)

Within the framework of the construction contract to be concluded, the contractor assumes the task and thus the responsibility for the planning, the on-time, structurally turnkey, functional/operational and defect-free production of the new buildings.
