The contracting entity will ask for your bid for furniture purchases in accordance with the specifications.

The acquisition is divided into four (4) sub-entities:

1. Office and public furniture

2. Student and School furniture

3. Early childhood furniture

4. Nursing Home and Senior Furniture.

The contract begins on 1 January 2019 or at the earliest after the contract has become legally binding. The contract period is two (2) years + two (2) years option. The introduction of the option period is described in more detail in the draft agreement.

At least three (3) best-ranked journalists per subset will be selected for the framework agreement. The method of operation of the framework agreement during the contract period is specified in the contract base under point 6. All entities involved in the procurement are listed in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender.

Questions concerning the invitation to tender must be submitted on 22.10. by 12:00 noon as stated in the invitation to tender.

- Public space furniture

- Lobby furniture.

Furniture for schools and educational establishments.

Furnishings for early childhood centers and kindergartens.

- Furniture for retirement homes

- Nursing home furniture.

This product group does not include hospital furniture. KuntaPro Oy has a separate contract for the supply of hospital furniture (eg Hospital beds, etc.).
