The object of the procurement is the expert services required by Tampere University Foundation sr (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contracting Entity") concerning AV design and supervision of the installation of AV equipment.

The expert work to be procured will focus on both new construction sites and modification sites.

On the basis of competitive tendering, the contracting entity forms a framework agreement concerning expert services. The five (5) best placed bidders in the comparison shall be selected as framework contract suppliers for the framework agreement. If there are fewer than five (5) tenderers, all tenderers who meet the suitability and minimum requirements and have submitted a tender in accordance with the invitation to tender shall be selected for the framework agreement.

The duration of the framework agreement is approximately three and a half (3.5) years. The duration of the framework agreement shall be coordinated with the contracting entity's previous framework agreement for construction, design and expert services.

Individual contracts may be shorter or longer than the actual framework contract period.

The estimated total and maximum value of the procurement is approximately EUR 500,000 for the entire contract period.
