This contract is a works contract for the construction of a gymnasium in the Princess district. The Princess ZAC is developing around the Vésinet hospital, at the initiative of the Commune, which appointed Grand Paris Aménagement as developer in January 2014. The TER agency was selected as landscaper and urban planner coordinator of the project, which will include about 458 housing units. It was decided to offer the population a new gymnasium in this eco-district. This is equipment that must be HQE certified.
