Description:
Delivery of a research management system license with server hardware, implementation, data migration and training for the needs of the Lower Silesian Center of Oncology, Pulmonology and Hematology.

The subject of the order is the delivery of a license for the imaging management system along with server equipment, implementation, data migration and training for the needs of the Lower Silesian Center of Oncology, Pulmonology and Hematology. The order will be executed in 3 stages:

Stage I - Delivery of hardware and software licenses; Stage II - implementation work along with integration with HIS and migration to the new imaging system from the last 2 years; Stage III - complete migration of the remaining data.

As part of the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to:

Delivery and/or execution at their own expense of the following elements of the contract to the locations indicated by the Ordering Party

1 Licenses of the diagnostic test management system with integration with the HIS system and data migration from existing RIS/PACS systems (1 set):

A. Research Management with Open Integrations

2. Training in the use of the delivered system Total: 680 people

3. Server hardware with system software for the needs of the test management system 1 set, which includes:

A. Servers for Primary and Backup Environments. Min 4 pcs.

B. Main disk arrays Min 2 pcs.

4. Database software licenses for the new research management system 1 set.

5. Virtualization software licenses for the new test management system 1 set.

6. Operating System Licenses 1 set

II. Configuration and full integration of the delivered software with the Ordering Party's HIS system and additional systems used by the Ordering Party in the Department of Radiology and commissioning of the entire system;

III. Perform a full migration of descriptive and imaging data from the current RIS/PACS Clinet CGM / Agfa IMPAX6 system, including physical migration of data to the supplied equipment.

IV. Installation and configuration of the supplied hardware and software.
