The conclusion of a Framework Agreement with one service provider in the field of meeting rooms, facility facilities and broad secretarial support. The intention is that the Framework Agreement will take effect on 1 January 2023.

To support the permanent meetings and temporary working groups, DGDOO| A&O contract a service provider who:

• provides secretarial support (independent secretariat);

• provides an archive function (managing and updating the archive);

• provides a fixed location (provision of meeting room including facility facilities, including facilities for digital and hybrid meetings).
