The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of light heating diesel oil in the estimated amount of 147,000 liters (92,000 liters for NOSG, 35,000 liters for UdSC) to the oil boiler room to the SG Facility in Biała Podlaska (in accordance with Annex 2 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract).

The purchased heating diesel fuel will be used for heating purposes (space heating, hot water).

1.2 The customer reserves the right to collect a smaller amount of oil, but not less than 90,000 liters (55,000 liters applies to NOSG and 35,000 liters applies to UdSC).
