Maintaining low greenery and maintaining cleanliness and order in parks, squares and green areas administered by the Żoliborz District of the Capital City of Warsaw within 406 days from December 22, 2023.

1. Ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order in parks, squares and green areas;

2. Export to recovery or disposal sites of organic waste, construction waste, scrap metal, etc.;

3. Sweeping (2 times per month of work: any day in the first and third week of the month) covering all alleys, stairs, squares and playgrounds;

4. Mowing lawns (regardless of the terrain) along with raking and removing mowed grass (4 times a year);

5. Raking leaves and debris from lawns in spring and autumn;

6. Selecting leaves and impurities from clusters in spring and autumn;

7. Weeding clusters – weeding the surface under shrubs and hedges;

8. Cutting hedges with lignified shoots; covering all hedge planes along the line of suckers of lignified shoots;

9. Care and correction cuts of ornamental shrubs;

10. Rejuvenating pruning of shrubs and hedges with woody shoots;

11. Comprehensive care of perennial beds, creepers;

12. Care of flowerbeds;

13. Renovation of damaged lawns;

14. Watering young tree plantings;

15. Watering bushes ;

16. Watering lawns;

17. Fertilizing lawns and shrubs;

18. Spreading the bark under trees and shrubs;

19. Raking of mineral surface;

20. Clearing alleys and stairs from turf;

21. Washing park benches;

22. Painting park benches;

23. Repair of park benches/baskets;

24. Removal of the vandalized bench/basket;

25. Maintenance of small architecture in usable condition;

26. Repair of mineral alleys;

27. Repair of paved surface;

28. Replacement of sand in sandboxes;

29. Replacement of sand in sand fields;

30. Snow removal of alleys (paved) and park stairs;

31. Sprinkling with sand icy alleys (paved) and park stairs;

32. Miscellaneous cleaning works.
