The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Modernization of street lighting in the municipality of Rajgród".

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Modernization of street lighting in the municipality of Rajgród".
2. The scope of the contract includes m.in .:
a) replacement (disassembly with assembly) 599 pcs. discharge luminaires for LED luminaires,
b) replacement of 599 sets. protection of luminaires with clamps,
c) replacement (disassembly with assembly) of cables supplying the luminaire in the boom on overhead lines -599 set.
d) replacement (disassembly with assembly) 599 sets. booms with fastening structures,
e) modernization of 43 street lighting measuring and distribution systems with the installation of SO cabinets outside transformer station cabinets,
f) installation and commissioning of an individual control system for street lighting fixtures – including training of the number of employees of the Rajgród Commune indicated by the Ordering Party.
g) disposal of materials from dismantling, including luminaires and light sources,
h) preparation of as-built documentation and as-built lighting audit, confirming the achievement of the output indicators indicated below:
estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes of CO2 equivalent] of 133,20,
the amount of electricity saved as a result of lighting modernization (MWh/year), at the level of 164.05.
the maximum total power of all luminaires proposed for modernization and unchanged luminaires may not exceed 26,49 kW. The contractor may propose a total power of luminaires lower than 26.49 kW. If the Contractor proposes a total capacity higher than 26.49 kW, its bid will be rejected as not meeting the requirements of the SWZ.
3. Installed materials and devices covered by the subject of the contract must be brand new, never used.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and detailed conditions for implementation shall be specified in the following documentation:
1) Detailed design – Annex 8 to the SWZ.
2) OPZ foundation of 2 RES poles – Annex 8a to the SWZ.
3) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works – Annex 8b to the SWZ.
4) Bill of quantities – Annex 9 to the SWZ.
5) Draft agreement - Annex 12 to SWZ.
5. Bills of quantities are auxiliary material and cannot be the only basis for calculating the price of the subject of the contract (the use of bills of quantities prepared by the Ordering Party takes place at the sole risk of the Contractor). The contractor must take into account all requirements and obligations, regardless of whether they have been specified or suggested in the bill of quantities. All deliveries and works falling within the scope of the contract, which were foreseeable at the stage of preparing the offer, and were not notified to the Contracting Authority will not fall within the scope of additional works and will have to be carried out at the expense of the Contractor.
6. It is recommended that the Contractor applying for the performance of the contract make an on-site inspection in order to thoroughly familiarize itself with the place of execution of works and assess the conditions related to the execution of works constituting the subject of the contract and include in the tender any works necessary for the proper performance of the entire subject of the contract. An on-site visit is not mandatory. Detailed information on the on-site inspection can be obtained from the Ordering Party, after prior appointment at the number
tel. 86 272 19 56. On-site inspection and document review can be made from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
7. Accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities and design
intended for all users, in accordance with Article 100(1) of the Act: The implementation of the investment is aimed at maintaining and increasing the comfort and safety of all residents and road users using the streets covered by the contract, including the disabled, by modernizing the lighting control system and replacing worn-out luminaires with new LED lamps.
