Cleaning services.

Performances Birmingham Ltd (PBL) proposes to appoint a service provider to provide Cleaning Services to Birmingham Town Hall and Symphony Hall Birmingham effective from 2.4.2020 for a term of 3 years, ending 1.4.2023.

The services to be covered by this contract will include:

1) Regular building cleaning (office, front and back of house);

2) Janitorial services;

3) Internal glazing;

4) Carpet cleaning;

5) Washroom equipment rental and services;

6) Consumable supply.
