The subject of the contract is: "Reconstruction of the main duct heating network 2xDN350 from the BK-238 chamber at Antoniukowska Street to the BK-236 chamber at Solidarności Avenue and the district heating network from the BK-236 chamber to the point BK-236 P-268 at Kolejowa Street with networks and connections to buildings at 3, 3A, 3B, 5A Antoniukowska Street and 12 and 16 Kolejowa Street

3.2. The subject of the contract includes:

3.2.1. execution of construction and assembly works of heat networks in pre-insulated technology in accordance with the Technical Documentation,

3.2.2. delivery of pre-insulated materials and other materials necessary for the proper performance of the contract,

3.2.3. dismantling and disposal of materials from demolition indicated in the design documentation,

3.2.4. restoration of the site to its original condition including restoration of the surface.

3.3. In addition to the scope described above, as part of the implementation of the Subject of the Contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform by its own efforts and at its own expense:

3.3.1. providing complete geodetic services and as-built geodetic inventory, as-built inventory of installations made and dismantled as part of the contract in paper version in the number of 3 copies and in electronic version in PDF format, including dismantled networks on maps,

3.3.2. drawing up a Safety and Health Protection Plan (BIOZ) in accordance with applicable regulations in this area and compliance with its provisions,

3.3.3. temporary occupation of the area, including occupation of road lanes for the execution of the investment for the period of the Works. The Contractor is obliged and risky to correctly determine the scope and time of occupation of the area,

3.3.4. the current organization of traffic, if the traffic organization made available by the Ordering Party has lost its validity

3.3.5. ensuring continuity of heat supply to customers under the conditions described in the contract,

3.3.6. perform all tests and checks and provide documentation in this respect, in particular pressure tests, testing of welded joints, tightness of joints, operation of the alarm system and soil compaction,

3.3.7. removal from the construction site and transfer for management or disposal of all waste from earthworks and dismantling of the heating channel, including hazardous waste containing asbestos, in accordance with applicable regulations in this respect and providing the Ordering Party with relevant documentation in this respect, including waste transfer cards,

3.3.8. notifying property owners about entering their area from min. one week in advance or in accordance with the requirements / conditions of property owners / network operators specified in the consents for disposing of the property for construction purposes or in the conditions contained in the Technical Documentation,

3.3.9 securing the area for the duration of the Works, tidying up the construction site after the completion of the Works and performing works related to the restoration to its original state,

3.3.10. planting/replanting trees and shrubs, if provided for in the Technical Documentation, in consultation with the owner of the site,

3.3.11. felling of trees combined with obtaining a decision to remove trees and shrubs - if such a need arises during the implementation of the Agreement (the above applies only to the situation when the felling of trees was not provided for in the Technical Documentation). Felling without grubbing trees and shrubs provided for in the Technical Documentation will be carried out by the Ordering Party,

3.3.12. providing utilities necessary to carry out the Works, with the exception of a heat carrier with appropriate parameters necessary to fill network sections under the conditions described in the model contract,

3.3.13. provide materials necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract.

The detailed scope of the Works includes detailed designs together with bills of quantities constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. In the case of discrepancies - the provisions in the executive documentation before the bill of quantities are decisive, and as part of the executive documentation - drawings, assembly diagrams and situational plan before the bills of materials. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations as part of the implementation of the subject of the contract is indicated in the model Contract for the Contract, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
