The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, tourist development, harvesting and skidding of wood, nursery management, seed and selection, secondary use of the forest and trees to be carried out in the Opoczno Forest District in 2023.

The item of the order was divided into parts (“Packages”)

Package 1 – forestry: Królówka, Grabiny, Bielawy, Dęba;

Package 2 – specialist package for harvesting and harvesting wood;

Package 3 – forestry: Januszewice, Sitowa;

Package 4 – forestry: Białaczów, Rożenek;

Package 5 – forestry: Kowalów, Myślibórz;

Package 6 – forest nursery "Bukowiec Opoczyński";

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, tourist management, harvesting and harvesting of wood, nursery management, seed and selection, secondary use of the forest and trees resulting from Annex 2-I to the SWZ, which consists of:
