The purpose of the tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with a maximum of two (2) market parties for the planning and implementation of the temporary traffic measures (TVMs) for a maximum period of two (2) years.

The Contractor shall ensure:

1. Timely placement and removal of TVMs at events;

2. Maintenance: maintaining TVMs for the duration of the diversion; correction, replacement and repair and control of installed TVMs;

3. Storage of purchased TVMs if the Client has ordered this separately and in writing;

4. Modify drawings of existing redirects when necessary. Original drawing is provided by the event agency. This drawing is evaluated for each event, after which minor adjustments must be made;

5. Deployment of traffic controllers, when required from safety region;

6. Use of TVMs and, if necessary, traffic controllers in case of calamities.

Annually, for approx. 110,000 euros excl. VAT on temporary traffic measures issued for events. Event planning may be subject to change.
