NRW.URBAN is active in the OSTPARK project as a trustee of the city of Bochum.

In the course of further development work, the next development measures in the Feldmark district in area B-Plan 932 are to be put out to tender together with Stadtwerke Bochum. In addition, the tender includes the reconstruction of the Feldmark road, which is directly adjacent to our construction area.

The work includes civil engineering for the supply systems, the construction of rainwater and sewage sewers as well as road construction in a 1st expansion stage. For the city of Bochum, the work includes the final road expansion.
