Rental of rooms for competition tests or seminars organized by the DISP of Marseille The purpose of this contract is the rental of equipped rooms for the organization by the Interregional Directorate of Penitentiary Services (Disp) of Marseille of competitions, professional examinations and seminars. The contract is awarded according to the open tender procedure pursuant to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum amount subject to the provisions of Article R.2162-4 of the Public Order Code

Lot 1 concerns the rental of rooms in Marseille for the organisation, on the one hand, of written and oral tests of professional competitions and examinations and, on the other hand, of seminars. This lot is purchase order with a minimum and maximum annual amount defined in value as follows:Minimum amount: 60,000 euros HtMaximum amount: 200,000 euros (H.T.).
