The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of the entire mass of municipal waste generated, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, generated and collected from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Baranów, regardless of weather conditions, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of municipal waste biodegradable and sent into storage. 1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Baranów from the following villages: Baranów, Bronisławów, Boża Wola, Basin, Buszyce, Cegłów-Murowaniec, Drybus, Gole, Regów-Gongolina, Holendry Baranowskie A and B, Kaski, Kaski-Budki, Kopiska, Karolina, Nowa and Stara Pułapina, Osiny, Strumiany, Stanisławów, Wyczółki and Żaby. 2) The subject of the contract includes equipping residential real estate with containers for collecting mixed municipal waste, collection, transport and transfer of collected municipal waste to functioning municipal installations that meet the requirements of relevant regulations, while maintaining the sanitary standard of services and environmental protection.
