The purification task is a service consisting in removing impurities from the entire surface of the roadway, pavements and squares, including the entire area of intersections (the surface of intersections is marked by horizontal markings for pedestrian crossings, turnout islands or ends of curb arches on transverse streets), from dead fields, bus bays and parking, followed by circular motion, hardened turnout islands, as well as the upper surfaces of the curb and arrivals. The task also includes all parking bays adjacent to the traffic lanes, regardless of the type of surface and the occurrence of any curbs.

Sweeping (cleaning) should be done in such a way that dust and dust do not float in the air. Cleaning brushes from above pavements should be disposed of in landfills for this purpose.
The scope of work includes:
1) manual and mechanical cleaning of municipal roads - Annexes 6.1-6.4
2) manual and mechanical cleaning of poviat roads - annexes 7.1-7.2
3) manual and mechanical cleaning of voivodship roads - Annex 8.1
4) manual and mechanical cleaning of national roads - Annexes 9.1-9.2
5) manual and mechanical cleaning of squares, pavements and bicycle paths, including the unpaved shoulder, within the road lane - Annexes 10.1-10.5
The Contractor shall, in order to check the proper performance of the service at the request of the Employer, from 800 vehicle to perform a detour. The Employer reserves that he will carry out routine inspections of the condition of cleaned roads, squares and pavements with the participation of the Contractor after sending a list of cleaned streets
2) Winter manual and mechanical cleaning of streets, squares and pavements.
The contract covers winter road maintenance for the winter season 2019/2020. Winter maintenance of sidewalks, squares and streets - these are works, treatments, activities aimed at reducing or limiting road and pedestrian disruptions caused by such weather conditions as winter slipperiness, black ice and snowfall.
The duration of the winter period covers the period from November 15 to March 15, however, the Purchaser reserves the right to change the date of introduction or termination of the winter action due to the variability of weather conditions.
Winter maintenance of streets and pavements includes:
1. Maintenance of 24-hour readiness to perform works covered by winter maintenance.
2. Mechanical and manual clearing of roads, squares and pavements as well as bus and parking bays located in road lanes. In cases preventing the use of mechanical equipment, manual snow clearing should be used.

- street intersections and pedestrian crossings,
- bus and parking bays,
- roadways, squares, pavements, viaduct and bridges.
