This contract concerns environmentally friendly cleaning services carried out in accordance with the technical specifications which are also specified in these specifications. This market focuses on:
Post 1: Daily work - Regular cleaning of premises such as cleaning the reception area and visitors, elevators, administrative offices and meeting rooms, common areas (toilets, stairs, corridors, kitchenettes, showers, changing rooms, surroundings...), and others...
Item 2: Low frequency work - Low frequencies such as cleaning an element or room that is of a different frequency than daily maintenance.
Post 3: Camera Cleaning
Item 4: Cleaning windows and glass parts
Item 5: supplies of products and/or accessories
Item 6: benefits on request (benefits under management)
The services are more fully described, building by building in the technical provisions.
The contract is subject to an obligation of result in such a way as to guarantee an optimal state of cleanliness and maintenance in all buildings, premises, interior surfaces as well as for all its movable and immovable property. It covers any need that is necessary in order to guarantee the achievement of the objectives described in these specifications and in Annex 4 describing the performance obligations of the provider.
If the level of result is not achieved, the provider will have to adapt the frequencies to reach the latter without being able to claim a cost increase.
The provider allocates the personnel (number, skills, training,...), the technical means (number, capacities, maintenance and repairs,...) necessary to achieve this result.
Nevertheless, it provides for the establishment of minimum resources for the posts defined in these special specifications.
The bidder is expected to have taken these difficulties into account when determining the price mentioned in its bid. The use of the means required to remedy these difficulties is included in the prices.
