The European Parliament's Audiovisual Unit and its engineering department have recognised the need to add to their stock of equipment while ensuring compatibility with existing systems.

The European Parliament therefore wishes to add to its stock of broadcast cameras for the conference rooms of the European Parliament and camcorders used by the mobile teams (ENG), and to acquire equipment that meets new filming needs. The purchase of lenses for broadcast cameras will also add to the existing stock.
