Firm slice:

1) phase 1: design phase including the following missions:

- the building part: in rehabilitation of the existing one and in nine for the extension of the sorting center, the construction of a new administrative building and the extension of the current social premises,

- Roads and various networks (VRD) including development of new access,

- The new process of sorting and packaging,

- the elaboration and the follow-up of the procedure ICPE (regime of the recording) until obtaining the prefectural decree,

- the preparation and follow-up of the building permit application file until obtaining the PC (and, if applicable, the demolition permit);

2) phase 2: works phase, including the following missions:

- construction of the new sorting center (phasing to be planned: new part with continued operation of the current process by the current operator of the Sydom, then rehabilitation of existing buildings following the cessation of the current process),

- construction of a new administrative building and extension of existing social premises,

- arrangements for new access to the site,

- realization of the new sorting process, including dismantling of the existing sorting process,

- from the closing date for works and until the industrial commissioning of the new process, partial exploitation of the sorting center (excluding transport and treatment services at the expense of the Sydom) with:

- obligation to take over the staff of the current operator,

- maintenance and management of the OMR transfer activity of the existing on-site transit station on 2 spans only,

- reception and management of the transfer of selective collections made directly (3,000 t / year) on 1 dedicated bay;

3) phase 3: commissioning phase, including the following missions:

- industrial commissioning,

- carrying out tests under no load and under load,

- initial verification of performance achievement;

4) Phase 4: Operation phase, including the following missions:

- operation of the new sorting center for 5 years,

- operation of the OMR transfer wharf (excluding transport and treatment services provided by Sydom) for 5 years,

- maintenance of the new process and the extended and renovated sorting center (building and VRD) and the OMR transfer dock,

- GER process, building and VRD,

- periodic verification of performance achievement.

Optional slice 1:

5) phase 5: operation phase for 1 additional year, including the following missions:

- operation of the new sorting center,

- operation of the OMR transfer wharf (excluding transport and treatment services provided by Sydom),

- maintenance of the new process and the extended and renovated sorting center (building and VRD) and the OMR transfer dock,

- GER process, building and VRD,

- periodic verification of performance achievement.
