The procurement under preparation by Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Diaconia University of Applied Sciences, Humanities University of Applied Sciences, Häme University of Applied Sciences and Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (later Universities of Applied Sciences or the Client) will focus on printed domestic and foreign books related to the fields of education of universities of applied sciences, including course and textbooks, as well as so-called "curricula". grey material as pre-orders and orders after publication. The grey material consists of publications produced by various associations, companies, public organisations or educational institutions. Universities of applied sciences are also entitled to order audio-visual material and sheet music to a small extent through the supplier, if they are part of the supplier's product range.

The object of procurement includes the above-mentioned products, as well as services related to their ordering and delivery.

This procurement is divided into two areas:

1. Literature published in Finland

2. Literature published outside Finland
