NHS Fife intends to let a contract for a driver service for GPs Out of Hours Service. The service will operate from four centres (St Andrews, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline) between the hours of 18:00 and 08:00 Monday- Friday, 24 hours each day on Saturdays and Sundays (118 hours per week). Additionally there is a requirement for driving services for 24 hours on 8 public holidays and 12:30-18:00 on 5 protected learning time afternoons. NHS Fife will provide and maintain 4 vehicles for the provision of the service.

Additional hours may be required due to service needs.
