The subject of the contract is the successive collection and management of waste code 19 12 12 collected by the Contractor - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 - energy fraction from sorting mixed municipal waste (waste) wrapped).
Estimated amount of waste to be managed: up to 3,500 Mg.
The Purchaser reserves that the given amount of the subject of the contract is a forecast value and may be reduced depending on the Purchaser's needs. The above does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms. If the Employer uses the above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect. The actual amount of the subject of the contract will result from the actual needs of the Employer.

2. Type of waste and contract implementation rules
1. Waste - the energy fraction from sorting mixed municipal waste (packaged waste), classified under waste code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects).
2. Waste collection:
a) Waste collection will take place from the area of the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation [RIPOK] in Tczew, ul. Rokicka 5A, 83-110 Tczew, POLAND.
b) The basis for collecting waste by the Contractor are individual orders of the Employer directed to the Contractor.
c) The Ordering Party will place the individual orders referred to above if the amount of waste collected by it will be min. 50 Mg to be collected on one day, or in accordance with the individual logistic minimum set.
d) Acceptance will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also in terms of transport costs, insurance for transport and unloading.
e) Loading waste onto vehicles provided by the Contractor is the responsibility of the Employer.
f) Loading is possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and Saturdays, from 7:00 to 16:30.
g) The collected waste will be weighed on a car scale, with an accuracy of 20 kg, located in RIPOK. To determine the weight of collected waste, the Contractor's vehicle must be weighed before loading.
h) The above weight will be binding for settlements between the Parties.
i) The gross weight of a single vehicle entering (empty vehicle for loading) on the Company's premises may not exceed 21 tonnes.
j) The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all damages, as well as for the loss, losses and damage of waste, arising during the transport of waste from the time of issue at RIPOK and during storage, unloading of waste until it is subjected to and completion of recovery and / or disposal processes . The contractor is responsible in particular for the acts and omissions of his staff and entities which he used in carrying out the subject of the contract, e.g. carriers.
k) Upon the release of the Contractor's waste [the Carrier indicated by him], all benefits and burdens associated with them and the risk of their accidental loss or damage shall pass to the Contractor, in particular he shall take responsibility for the waste issued, for proper handling and consequences of resulting from it.
3. Waste packaging:
The Purchaser will package the transferred waste from the sorting of mixed municipal waste as follows: the waste will be compacted, formed into wire wrapped bales; estimated volume of a single bale 1 ÷ 1.5 m3.
