The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management to be carried out in the Gromnik Forest District in 2023

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, as well as maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management.

The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 packages. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for this Package. The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Gromnik Forest District.

The subject of the Contract in package I are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management to be performed in the Bieśnik forestry area in 2023.

2 The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

– the size of the work by groups of activities; activities and locations, assortment system of timber harvesting; a statement of the distance and conditions of harvesting wood; a list of items not made available for machine extraction; information on the use of possible technologies for harvesting wood;

3) The material scopes listed in Annexes 2 in the SWZ are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are specified in Decision No. 34 of the General Director of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" in organizational units of the State Forests (OSTWPL) together with the amendments introduced by Decision No. 86 of 19 July 2022 and Decision No. 47 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krakow of 03 October 2022 on the introduction of the Regional Description of the Forestry Technology Technology Standard – ROSTWPL. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in that decision was the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ). Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the currently unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reducing corrections, increasing adjustments, determining new locations, as well as suspending the activities indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work. It should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the number of works in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area, within the total number of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement specified in the SWZ, to be implemented throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the contract in the course of performing the subject of the contract may also occur in order to perform the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract. The determination of the new location takes place as part of the subject of the contract, but always only in the Package Implementation Area. In the case of obligatory exclusion of items from harvesting in the machine system (harvesting wood on cutting positions where it is unacceptable to use multi-operational machines) in particularly justified cases, e.g. changes in the conditions for which the above activities have been established, the Ordering Party allows a change in the technology of wood harvesting. The justification should be provided to the Contractor each time.

2 The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of nursery, forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, and maintenance of forest facilities and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

– the size of the work by groups of activities; activities and locations, assortment system of timber harvesting; a statement of the distance and conditions of harvesting wood; a list of items not made available for machine extraction; information on the use of possible technologies for harvesting wood;
