The client intends to conclude a framework agreement with a term of four years for the procurement of fuels (diesel and petrol super unleaded) and AdBlue for the Leverkusen technical companies (lots 1 and 2) on the one hand and for the Leverkusen city administration (lots 3 and 4) on the other. The fuel and AdBlue must be sold by means of a fuel card or transponder system.

The object of the contract is to supply the customer with diesel fuel (DIN EN 590) and AdBlue on the basis of a framework agreement. The maximum quantity available under the framework agreement over the four-year term of the framework agreement is:

- Diesel fuel (DIN EN 590): 884,000 liters,

- AdBlue: 10,400 liters.

There are a total of approximately 134 vehicles that refuel diesel fuel. The scope of services per year is estimated as follows:

- Estimated diesel demand (DIN EN 590): 170,000 liters,

- Estimated demand for Ad-Blue: 2,000 liters.

The contractor or his service partners must have at least one gas station in the city of Leverkusen. In addition, this gas station must not be more than 6 km per journey from the customer's location, in this case Borsigstraße 15, 51381 Leverkusen. In addition, the client places the following requirements on all service stations owned by the contractor or its service partners:

- Opening hours (Mon-Sun): 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- It must be possible to refuel a truck with diesel and AdBlue from a special truck pump with at least the following dimensions:

The object of the contract is to supply the customer with petrol super unleaded in accordance with DIN EN 228 on the basis of a framework agreement. The maximum quantity available under the framework agreement over the four-year term of the framework agreement is:

- Super unleaded petrol (DIN EN 228): 145,600 litres.

There are a total of around 95 vehicles that refuel petrol super unleaded. The scope of services per year is estimated as follows:

- Estimated demand for gasoline fuel super unleaded (DIN EN 228): 28,000 liters.

The contractor or his service partners must have at least one gas station in the city of Leverkusen. In addition, this gas station must not be more than 6 km per minute drive from the customer's following location: Borsigstr. 15, 51381 Leverkusen. In addition, the client places the following requirements on all service stations owned by the contractor or its service partners:

- Opening hours (Mon-Sun): 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

- Super unleaded petrol (DIN EN 228): 78,000 litres,

- AdBlue: 5,200 liters.

During the performance period, approximately 61 vehicles are to be supplied with diesel fuel only (DIN EN 590), approximately 21 vehicles with diesel fuel (DIN EN 590) and super unleaded petrol (DIN EN 228) and approximately 3 vehicles with only super unleaded petrol (DIN EN 228). The scope of services per year is estimated as follows:

- Diesel fuel (DIN EN 590): 75,000 liters,

- Super-unleaded petrol (DIN EN 228): 15,000 liters,

- AdBlue: 1,000 liters.

The contractor or his service partners must have at least one gas station in the city of Leverkusen. In addition, this gas station must not be more than 6 km per minute drive from the customer's following location: Borsigstr. 15, 51381 Leverkusen. In addition, the client places the following requirements on all service stations owned by the contractor or its service partners:

- Opening hours (Mon-Sun): The service station of the contractor or his service partner is open continuously all year round, 365 days a year, Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.

- It must be possible to refuel a truck with diesel and AdBlue from a special truck pump with at least the following dimensions:

The object of the contract is to supply the city of Leverkusen with diesel fuel (DIN EN 590), super unleaded petrol (DIN EN 228) and AdBlue on the basis of a framework agreement. The maximum quantity available under the framework agreement over the four-year term of the framework agreement is:

- Diesel fuel (DIN EN 590): 847,600 litres,

- Super unleaded petrol (DIN EN 228): 23,920 litres,

- AdBlue: 4,940 liters.

During the performance period, around 140 vehicles must be supplied with fuels (diesel, gasoline and AdBlue). The scope of services per year is estimated as follows:

- Diesel fuel (DIN EN 590): 163,000 liters,

- Super unleaded petrol (DIN EN 228): 4,600 litres,

- AdBlue: 950 liters.

The contractor or his service partners must have at least one gas station in the city of Leverkusen. In addition, this gas station must not be more than 4 km per minute drive from the customer's following location: Edith-Weyde-Str. 12, 51373 Leverkusen. In addition, the client places the following requirements on all service stations owned by the contractor or its service partners:

- Opening hours (Mon-Sun): The service station of the contractor or his service partner is open continuously all year round, 365 days a year, Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.

- It must be possible to refuel a truck with diesel and AdBlue from a special truck pump with at least the following dimensions:
