The project aims to implement the tasks specified in the following documents:

1) Ordinance of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Rzeszów of September 18, 2017. on establishing a plan of conservation tasks for the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Jaśliska PLH180014 (Journal of Laws of the Podk. Province of 2016, item 2134, as amended)

The subject of the contract is a task that starts the implementation of part of the Project entitled A comprehensive project for the protection of species and natural habitats in areas managed by PGL State Forests co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment (OPI & E).

The Dukla Forest District has joined the project by reporting 6510 lowland habitat

And extensively fresh mountain meadows (Arrhenatherion elatrioris).

The place of performance of the contract is the administrative area of the Dukla Forest District, Kamionka Forest District 4A-a, plot no. 28/3, district of Daliowa, commune of Jaśliska. The total area of works is: 6.82 ha.

In 2020 (winter / spring), the subject of the contract is the implementation of active protection measures consisting of mechanical or manual removal (cutting) of undesirable self-seeding trees and shrubs of species such as blackthorn (forming thickets on the plot), willow sp., Gray alder and other species with a height of up to 3m requiring such activities on an area of 5.46 ha and mowing (mechanical or manual depending on the prevailing field conditions) in order to improve or restore the proper condition of the natural habitat 6510 on the remaining area, i.e. 1.36 ha. Works related to the removal of trees and shrubs should be carried out outside the main breeding season of birds, i.e. they should be carried out from October 16 to February 28. In the absence of such a possibility, the removal of trees and shrubs should be preceded by a field inspection, aimed at checking whether the abovementioned self-seeding trees and shrubs there are no bird nests. Field inspection should be carried out by a person supervising the contracting authority.

Removal of trees and shrubs can be done manually with the help of e.g. machetes, axes, hand saws or petrol saws, and the above-mentioned mechanical tasks using e.g. a grubbing machine.

The resulting biomass from the cutting of shrubs and mowing should be transported (removed or removed within 2 weeks of removal) and stored outside the surface of the natural habitat. The contractor is obliged to inform the site manager (Nadleśnictwo Dukla) about the deadline for the implementation of the abovementioned wash

In 2020 (summer / autumn) and in 2021 and 2022, the subject of the contract is mowing the entire plot, i.e. 6.82 ha. with removal of generated biomass outside the area of the habitat.

The Contractor and Site Manager may not place the resulting biomass on the market for all the years of the project.

If the Contractor performs the procedure on an area larger than the area specified in the order, he will not be entitled to remuneration

From this title. The remuneration will be paid only for the completed area specified in the order.
