The work to be tendered consists of a continuous presence of a culling organization for the removal of spills (24 hours a day and 7 days a week) and if the PoR is the client for a cull to carry it out. The aim of the clearance organisation is to keep the port accessible as much as possible after a spill or incident and to limit direct and consequential damage.
