Business and management consultancy services. Support is required to enable the Department to ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and international agreements by December 2016 and deliver a plan of work to achieve that. The Programme has 4 specific project areas:
a. Historic: reconcile the MOD's historical HMRC liability to include production of evidence for monthly formal audits.
b. Information: Carry out an End to End (E2E) Defence wide capability investigation to articulate the information required to enable the MOD to effectively manage and account for its inventory.
c. Policy: Ensure that MOD policy, process and procedures are fit for purpose and enable compliance with HMRC and international agreement and treaty requirements.
d. Future: Define and implement an E2E solution that enables the MOD to be compliant with HMRC regulations and international agreement and treaty requirements.
