The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275, as amended — “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest gosp, in particular works from farming and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities, to be carried out in the Forest Forest Forest Forest Forest of Czerniejewo in the year 2022. 1) as referred to in Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Pzp (text one. : Acts U.z. 2021r.poz.1129z late as “PZP”) and implementing acts to the PZP. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for:

- classical procurement of a value equal to or exceeding Union thresholds

-the so-called “reverse procedure” referred to in Art.139 (1.3-4) of the PZP

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest gosp as defined in Art.1pkt.1 of the Act on forests covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and breaking of timber and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities to be carried out in the Forest District Cherniejewo in 2022 in the area of L. Dzikowy Bor. The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities resulting from Forestry Area No. 3 to SWZ, which consists of:

At.nr3.1. —the size of the work by group of activities, activities and locations;

At.nr3.2. —timber collection sortyment system;

At.nr3.3. —the statement of the distances and conditions of the wood ripping;

For.nr3.4. —a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

At.nr3.5. —inf.o the use of possible logging technologies;

The material ranges set out in Annexes Nr3.1.- 3.3. and 3.5.to SWZ are estimatory.Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, is determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of application of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forest works” in the organizational units of the State Forests and Decision No 36 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Poznań dated 11.10.2021 on the approval of descriptions of activities not described in the Description of the Technology Standard Works of Forest Prac. The detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forestry work (activities) included in the subject of the contract was the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the LCD. nr4do SWZ.

Descriptions of the action codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in SZ. nr4do.

The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject is preliminary in nature. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject shall be specified in the Order referred to in paragraph 3.3.ppkt1) of SWZ, provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area (ORP).

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as withholding the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order.Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the order, and reducing adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of the part works. They should be understood as an increase in the amount of work in one location (forest address) on the ORP, including locations on the ORP not pre-indicated in the SWZ, while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on the OPR, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement specified in the SWZ, which are to be executed throughout the ORP.The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the item diagram can also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter orders. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only on the ORP.

The Contracting Authority in accordance with Art.95 Pzp requires employment by the Contractor or sub-order. on the subst. the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the procurement of the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the following activity consists of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. -KP
