1. The subject of the contract is the service of comprehensive organization of the Nord Baltik economic mission of Polish entrepreneurs (from the Świętokrzyskie region) from 5 to 10 November 2023 to Estonia and Finland implemented as part of the project entitled: "Świętokrzyskie – hard to pronounce, easy to do business in"
2. The economic mission will take place from 5 to 10 November 2023 (including departure and return) in Tartu (Estonia) and Helsinki and Lahti (Finland).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
4. The contracting authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PPL.
5. The Contracting Authority informs that it has not conducted preliminary market consultations.

2. The economic mission will take place from 5 to 10 November 2023 (including departure and return) in Tartu (Estonia) and Helsinki and Lahti (Finland).
3. The total maximum number of participants in an economic mission shall be 19 persons, including:
a) the number of entrepreneurs from the field of sustainable energy development and resource-efficient construction is a maximum of 15 people. The Contracting Authority reserves that the number of entrepreneurs may be reduced to min. 12 persons for reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party.
b) the number of persons representing the Contracting Authority (Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship) is a maximum of 4 persons. The Ordering Party reserves that the number of persons representing the Ordering Party may be reduced to min. 2 persons for reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party.
