To accommodate the continuing growth of the Airport and the increasing number of disabled travellers requiring assistance at the airport, an opportunity to implement a PRM forecasting tool has been identified in order to further improve the quality of the airport assistance service and support on-going efficiencies into the future.
Aims
— improved accuracy and consistency of long range PRM forecasting and associated resources required for budget setting,
— improved accuracy of daily PRM forecasts and daily resource planning for better tactical deployment of resource,
— on-going automated analysis of ‘actual’ data to identify potential efficiency gains,
— export forecasts and ‘actual’ data to further improve the accuracy of general terminal capacity planning projects,
— reduce labour costs associated with generating similar types of forecasts and reports manually,
— allow for simple multi-user access / interface to reduce reliance on a limite.
Provision of PRM forecasting and resourcing tool with ongoing service support.
