The object of this contract is the supply of mobile telecommunications equipment and services and associated services.

The market aims in particular to cover the following needs: telephone calls, sms and mms in France and abroad and acquisition of terminals (phones, smartphones and tablets).

In December 2020, the CNC's fleet of communications elements consisted of 116 subscriptions distributed as follows:

- 72 smartphones (voice, sms, mms, data);

- 35 mobile phones (voice, sms, mms);

- 9 shelves.
