The object of the order is to perform a group chapter of the heat node located in the Central Cemetery at 125a Ku Sun Street. The order includes the execution of the following parts:
(a) Part I: construction of district heating connections from inclusion in the existing network in the group node room in the left wing administration building;
b) Part II: construction of a single-function heat node of thermal power Qco = 70,0 kW in the administration building left wing;
(c) Part III: construction of a single-function heat node of thermal power Qco = 70,0 kW in the administration building right wing;
(d) Part IV: construction of a single-function heat node of heat power Qco = 70,0 kW in the building of the main chapel;
e) part V: dismantling of an existing group node located in the administration building left wing.
The order includes the execution of the following parts:
a) Part I: construction of heating connections from the inclusion in the existing network in the room of the group node in the administration building left wing: it is necessary to carry out the construction of thermal connections preinsulated high parameters from the point C1a/b to the point C10a/b with a diameter of 2xDz76.1/160 length 80 m, from point C10a/b to point C15a/b with a diameter of 2xDz48,3/125 56 m, from point 10a/b to point 34a/b with a diameter of 2xDz60,3/140 348m and low parameter connection from M-PEX 2x25 pipes (double tube) 78 m in length according to the attached technical documentation.
b) Part II: Construction of a single-function heat node of heat power Qco = 70,0 kW in the administration building left wing: perform a single-function central heating heat node with heat output for Qco = 70,0 kW for the purposes of the administration building left wing according to the attached the technical documentation set out in Annex 3 to the TSPACW. The node must be mounted in the room, make the start of the node, perform post-built documentation. The contractor will perform construction work in the node room according to point B of the design of the heat node.
c) Part III: construction of a single-function heat node of heat power Qco = 70,0 kW in the administration building right wing: perform a single-function central heating heat node with heat output for Qco = 108,4 kW for the purposes of the administration building right wing according to annexed by the technical documentation set out in Annex 3 to the TSPACW. The node must be mounted in the room, make the start of the node, perform post-built documentation. The contractor will perform construction work in the node room according to point B of the design of the heat node.
d) Part IV: construction of a single-function heat node of heat power Qco = 70,0 kW in the building of the main chapel: make a two-functional heat node of central heating and water heating with thermal power for Qco=70,0 kW and Qcwuśr = 11,6 kW for the purposes of the main chapel building according to the attached the technical documentation set out in Annex 3 to the TSPACW. The node must be mounted in the room, make the start of the node, perform post-built documentation. The contractor will perform construction work in the node room according to point B of the design of the heat node.
e) Part V: dismantling an existing group node located in the administration building left wing: disassemble the existing group node after executing and running the individual nodes described above. Waste disposal shall be carried out in accordance with point E.1.7 of this TSPACW. Efficient node devices, in consultation with the Supervisor, are subject to transfer to the SEC.
The work in the area of heating connections should be carried out in accordance with the annexed construction and executive documentation and subsequent drafting of the post-construction documentation.
