Technical management requires insight into the data such as the technical (maintenance) condition of the real estate objects that SRO manages. This insight is obtained by on-location recordings on the basis of which reports are prepared. The work under the Framework Agreement consists of performing zero measurements, quick scans and re-inspections in accordance with NEN 2767 including recognised measures according to the Activity Decree.

For plot 1, the estimated size is approximately 390 objects (BVO approximately 480,000 m2) within which the inspection services take place.

For plot 2, the estimated size is approximately 10 objects (BVO approximately 36,000 m2) within which the inspection services take place.

For plot 3, the estimated size is approximately 40 objects (BVO approximately 42,000 m2) within which the inspection services take place.
