The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity – delivery with distribution service – to 7 facilities with a photovoltaic installation in the period:
1) from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2024 – lot 1 of the contract
2) from 01.01.2025r. to 31.12.2025r. – Part 2 of the order
with a total estimated volume of 263,250 kWh.
Comprehensive supply of electricity until 31.12.2024.1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity – delivery with distribution service – to 7 facilities with a photovoltaic installation in the period:
1) from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2024 – lot 1 of the contract
2) from 01.01.2025r. to 31.12.2025r. – Part 2 of the order
with a total estimated volume of 263,250 kWh.
The amount of electricity has been estimated on the basis of historical data on electricity consumption and taking into account:
- activities referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 7 October 2022 on special solutions for the protection of electricity consumers in 2023 in connection with the situation on the electricity market.
- the estimated amount of electricity produced in RES installations and used by Customers as part of self-consumption.
The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (customers), except for the need to pay for the actual amount of energy consumed and transmission services in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff. The indicated estimated amount of energy is the amount that the contracting authority intends to purchase and does not include energy produced on its own.
