The procurement covers services for carriage of library materials:

— between the municipal libraries (main libraries in 48 municipalities in total), the participating secondary schools (11 in Nord-Trøndelag and 24 in Sør-Trøndelag in total), the County libraries in Nord- and Sør-Trøndelag. Total number of visit points is: 32 in Nord-Trøndelag and 42 in Sør-Trøndelag,

— The Nord-Trøndelag University College's library (4 branch libraries),

— for all other libraries in Trøndelag,

— Library in the rest of Norway.
